3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, per location, depending on the plan you choose. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
• Price Changes: We may update pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Intellectual Property

The Reviewana name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Reviewana and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without prior written consent.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our Service (such as review responses). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party review platforms (such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviewana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
